Programs Available Through McGilvra Soccer Club
MOD Program:
Our MOD program is for players aged U6 - U9. The season runs from the beginning of September through the end of October. The cost for this program is $125.00 per player. This covers the cost of administration, kits, gear and fields.
Association Program:
Association play is for players aged U10 and up. The season runs from the beginning of September through mid - November, with City Tournament for teams U11 and older, or the Jamboree for U9 and U10 teams to follow. The cost for this program is $150.00 per player. This covers the cost of administration, kits, gear, fields and referees.
Payment Options
McGilvra will be offering the option to use a payment plan. A $25.00 fee will be charged at time of registration, and you can select the payment plan option, which will spread out the remaining balance over 3 months. If for any reason we are unable to hold a fall season, all fees will be refunded. You do have the option to pay in full as well with a credit or debit card.Scholarships are available upon request, as we want all players to be able to participate.
McGilvra uses a "Return to Team" model, which means all returning players will be placed on their teams from last Fall. We can only guarantee placement on your existing team until July 1st. We are not able to hold roster spots beyond that date, so please make sure you register on time to stay with your team.

Birth Certificate or Passport Required for Registration
You will be REQUIRED to upload your proof of age upon Registration. If you have previously submitted proof of age, it will be recorded in the system and you will be allowed to proceed without uploading again. Please be prepared to provide age verification. Players cannot be placed on teams without this.
Medical Release Form
All McGilvra Soccer Club players are REQUIRED to fill out a Medical Release and Waiver form each year. Please have your Physician information available when you register.
